Recipe of the Week: Apple-Pumpkin-Cake
Via SZ-Magazin I found this delicious recipe which I tried last weekend. The cake is easy to bake and it tastes delicious, especially if you eat it warm and with a lot of whipped cream.
And this is what you need for 4 persons:
185g flour
2g cinnamon
3,5 g baking powder
200 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
80ml olive oil
20ml pumpkin seed oil
50g melted butter (lukewarm)
60g grated appled
180g grated pumpkin
Mix all dry ingredients with the egg and oil as well as the melted butter. Then add the apples and the pumpkin and fill the mixture into a cake tin n which you place some parchment paper before. Bake the cake in the preheated oven (200 degrees) for 12 or 15 minutes and serve with whipped cream afterwards. Enjoy!
